Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me. I am a Portland, Oregon resident and have been for most of my life. I have briefly lived on the Oregon Coast and in Arizona. My name is Alena (uh-leen-uh). Some of my friends and family call me Lani (lay-nee). My husband Richard and I live with our 2 pets Bear and Floyd. I enjoy many things, but at the top of my list, is spending quality time with our family and friends. We both enjoy movies, antiques, the ocean and look forward to traveling and seeing more of this beautiful country we live in. We like to visit the gorgeous Oregon coast as often as possible and frequently take day trips around the area to enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Goals and ambitions are motivating and important in a person's life. I am currently working on my first book and am very excited to finally focus my energies on a lifelong ambition. I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life. But my biggest accomplishment: is recently going from being completely housebound to getting back out into the world around me and I consider myself very blessed to have this "second chance" to reconnect to the world beyond my home. I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dream of owning my own business. Having an opportunity to build a network of chocolate lovers to eat and share healthy chocolate with is a dream come true. It has enhanced our lives in all ways and continues to bring new blessings.
