Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me. I live in Haworth, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.My friends call me Sheila.I have 2 dogs, (Rough Collie "Lassie") named Prince and Lady. They are my ever faithful and constant companions. They enjoy good health like me. I enjoy many things, but at the top of my list: I enjoy teaching and doing yoga and meditation. I also enjoy teaching people Ayurveda, which is one of the ancient healing systems on the planet. It's a system that enables us to live healthier lives..For my last vacation, I went to a health spa and had a great time relaxing and receiving nourishing treatments. Goals and ambitions are motivating and important in a person's life. I would like to be able to help people live healthier lives by bringing balance into their lives. This can be achieved by paying more attention to nutrition and lifestyle. I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life.But my biggest accomplishment: I am now a Vedic Master having done my Teacher's Certification in Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda with the Chopra Centre in Carlsbad, California. I look forward to using this knowledge to help people. I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dream of owning my own business. Having my own business has given me the opportunity of holding on to my own future and pointing it to wherever I want it to go. I have now learnt more skills that I can use to help me and others. I hope that gives you some insight into who I am.
