Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me.

I live in Plymouth, a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. My friends call me Dawn, or sometimes Dr. Dawn because I am a Naturopathic Doctor. I am married to Jay, have 2 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. We also have a maltese dog named CJ and a cat named Pip Squeek.

I enjoy many things, but at the top of my list: yoga, walking my dog, hiking adventure travel, reading and of course spending time with my family and friends. For my last vacation, we went to Costa Rica. We enjoyed the sun, ocean and the abundant wildlife.

Goals and ambitions are motivating and important in a person's life. I have a goal and passion for helping people be healthy. I work towards fulfilling that goal primarily by educating people on healthy lifestyle choices and doing what I can to help them make healthy choices.

I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life. But my biggest accomplishment: I achieved high honors on my Doctor of Naturopathy degree, as well as my Bachelor of Science. I am also proud of the work I have done with people to help them feel better and be healthy.

I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dream of owning my own business. It has enabled me to help people be healthy thru education, bio-energy balancing, homeopathy, detoxification, nutritional supplements and healthy chocolate while owning my own future.

I hope that gives you some insight into who I am.
