This is pure, delicious, unprocessed Chocolate; the way chocolate has been eaten for centuries for it's medicinal benefits. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share it with you!
My passion has always been to explore ways to increase the level of health, aliveness, vitality and joy I can experience, and share this with others. In 1988 I founded Abundant Health Associates in Palm Springs, California with a vision of offering people the experience of abundant health, well being and aliveness and to support them to trust the healing intelligence in their bodies. I have been providing Chiropractic care and wellness education since 1984, guiding people to an appreciation of their body's innate intelligence, their own inner healer.
In order for our bodies to be optimally healthy we must:
*EAT WELL, this includes drinking enough pure water for our body to internally rinse itself and the nutrients our body needs to repair, restore and renew itself. You will find that Xocai unrefined chocolate combined with acai and blue berries is loaded with what our bodies need.
*MOVE WELL, this includes resting well. The increased energy I feel eating this chocolate makes me want to exercise more!
*THINK WELL, this chocolate has increases my sense of well being and lifts my spirit.
