Well, Shelvi & I are pretty jazzed about this amazing super-food we've recently discovered.
Everybody knows of course that chocolate possesses one of the most exquisite and irresistable flavors known to man, but what we DIDN'T realize until just a few weeks ago is that chocolate, when it is prepared the Xoçai way, happens to be just about the most healthy thing on the planet that you can eat! What REALLY excites us, though, is how our simply sharing Xoçai (pronounced "show-sigh") with friends is actually enabling us to care for the kids in our children's home in Sri Lanka, Shelvi's native land. We are currently sheltering 10 boys who are in great danger, and we constantly receive requests to take in more, but have not had the funds. There are thousands more children at risk in Sri Lanka, and Xoçai is helping us to realize our dream of providing as many of them as we can with a good home, food, clothing, medical care, and an education.
