Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me. I live in beautiful Boise, Idaho with my husband, Shawn, and our 2 wonderful kids, Sierra and Orion. We love walking in the foothills, going on river rafting trips, camping in the mountains and spending lots of time playing on Payette Lake. We have a mellow dog named Alty, who wants only to eat our most recent addition to the fold, 4 chickens! Luckily, Shawn has built a tight coop. Eggs glorious eggs!!

Ihave been a colon therapist for the past 7 years and my passion is helping folks on their journey to abundant health through detoxification and "real food" nutrition. Butter is better! One of my goals is to start a training program in which Iteach others how to prepare the foods of our ancestors, such as cutured veggies and homemade soup stocks. Raw milk is a healing food and is even better for you when you culture it into yogurt or kefir. Nutrient dense and healing foods, such as XoCai Healthy Chocolate, are the key to claiming our birth right of true health and vitality!!

I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life but one of my biggest accomplishments is my own transformation in body, mind and spirit . A journey that started in my early 20's, after a childhood filled with poptarts and Captain Crunch cereal, the typical S.A.D (Standard American Diet). It has been well worth the effort!I'm having the time of my life right now, living my dream of owning my own business which has given me the opportunity to chartthe map of my present to an ever abundant future. I hope this gives you some insight into who I am.
