Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me. I live in Portland, Oregon, but i grew up in Hawaii and France. My friends call me Heidi and I own and direct Light on Yoga in Portland, Oregon. I've been into healthy living for a long while. I enjoy many things, but at the top of my list when i'm not teaching yoga and running my yoga studio is spending as much time as i can in Hawaii surfing. I'm a water baby at heart. On my last trip I was investigating many of the Big Island's hidden surf spots!
Goals and ambitions are motivating and important in my life and I have a goal to be the first yoga studio in Portland to offer the healing powers of raw chocolate to our students! Then, I would also like to bring all my students with me on my next surf trip to Hawaii!! I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life. But one of my biggest accomplishments is holding a ten minute headstand and feeling my internal organs hanging the other way! It's an amazing feeling and recommend trying it! I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dream of owning my own business. Owning my own business has been a tremondous gift! It has given me the flexibility to focus on what is most important in my life, living richly from my heart with never a dull moment! I hope that gives you some insight into who I am.
