My passion has always been to explore ways to increase the level of health, alivness, vitality and joy I can experience and share with others. In 1999 I came from Germany to the States. With my background as a Nurse and Naturapathic doctor, I studied Acupuncture in California and in 2001 I founded "Natural Healing Ways", a Center for Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine, with a vision to educate and offer abundant health, energy,joy and wellbeing.

In order for our bodies to be optimal healthy we must:

-EAT WELL, this includes drinking enough pure water for our body to internally rinse itself and the nutrients our body needs to repair, restore and renew itself. You will find that Xocai unrefined chocolate combined with acai and blue berries is loaded with what our bodies need.

-MOVE WELL. this includes resting well. The increased energy I feel eating this chocolate makes me want to exercise more!
