Hello! Thank you for visiting our personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about us

We live in Sydney, Australia. Our friends call us Trevor and Sheila. We are Alternative Health and Wellness professionals, with our own practice. We have grown up children and grandchildren, and we share our life with a small white "human in a dog suit" called Jack.

We enjoy many things in life, but at the top of our list is where we live on Botany Bay just a few hundred meters from where Captain Cook landed, and we enjoy walking on the beach and in the National park. We both enjoy traveling, and plan to visit the United States and Canada in 2008, Trevor has been many times before but this will be the first time for me.

We believe that Goals and ambitions are motivating and important in a person's life. We have a number of goals, one is to promote health and wellness options worldwide, and another is to work with and support children's charities.

We have been fortunate to accomplish many things in our lives But our biggest accomplishment: We will both graduate in 2008 with PhD's in our respective health fields

We are having the time of our life right now by living our dream of owning our own business. Having our own business has given us the opportunity to live our lives to the fullest. We are not governed by an alarm clock and spend quality time together
