A little about me:
I own and operate Stress Management Services, where we offer Massage & Bodywork as well as Stress Management Coaching and Consultation. My passion and calling in life has always been to heal myself and support others in their journey. I work with all adult ages and populations but have a special place in my heart for the elderly. I provide Comfort Touch, Gentle Massage and self healng training to elders in senior communities. I also enjoy coaching and managing the beautiful team of therapists I subcontract at Stress Management Services.

My very favorite movie as a child was Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. When I was introduced to this chocolate, something really came alive in me.
