Welcome to my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me. I live in Charleston, SC, where teach Nia with my wife Christina. We have a wonderful daughter, Camille, who has cerebral palsy, and two dogs, Maggie & Phoebe. We run a movement studio, Spirit Moves, to bring Nia, Yoga and Dance to the Charleston community.
We love to travel to Mexico. We have taken Camille to the Iberostar in Playa Paraiso twice, where she spent eight hours a day in the pool, and swam with the dolphins at Xel Ha. She's the cutest prune we know.
We are in the process of making our studio, Spirit Moves, into a non-profit organization, to help us bring the Joy of Movement to our community. We love what we do with dance and movement. My wife Christina has been nominated for a Jefferson Award for her work with at-risk preschoolers.
It's great to have this venue to raise some money for our nonprofit dance studio. Carlos likes to say "Nia is like chocolate" . . . so what could be better than Nia and chocolate?
